Claudia
Claudia began her real estate career in 1987, working for some of Ontario's finest home builders in and around the greater Toronto area. Upon moving to Oakville in 1993 from Bremen Germany, where she and her husband resided for two years, she resumed her involvement in real estate in the greater Toronto area.
Claudia initially gained a great deal of experience selling for area builders which also includued consulting with clients and architects, assisting them in the custom design of their home to their specific needs and tastes. Her hands on involvement from the earliest stages of design of some of Oakville's most prestigious homes in South East Oakville as well as North Oakville, Carlisle, and Lorne Park has given her a depth of understanding of the building process and what it takes to meet the needs of the client, no matter what the value of the home may be. The more she was involved with clients, more opportunities were available to her to launch out into the re-sale of homes, as well as, investment and commercial properties.

It is most satisfying to her to see the sense of joy and appreciation on the faces of those whom she has been able to serve in this way.
Outside of her work as a real estate agent, Claudia is also actively involved as a volunteer in her church and community. She has served as a co-ordinator of women's outreach events, and regularly participates in the music ministry of the church.

Angelica
Angelica has personally and professionally bought, sold, leased, renovated and staged numerous properties in Montreal, West Toronto and Oakville over the last fifteen years, she has gained considerable experience in recognizing and finding great properties in great neighbourhoods and decorating them and staging them for a higher quicker sale. She has also been involved in large commercial transactions in the GTA.
A passion for building relationships with people is what drew Angelica to the real estate profession. And as a local community volunteer having formerly worked in various non-profit organizations, agencies and charites Angelica has built wonderful relationships with people of diverse economic and cultural backrounds, resulting in a strong commitment to integrity, honesty and professionalism in both her career and personal life.
Angelica has actively pursued knowledge through education

And as a local community volunteer having formerly worked in various non-profit organizations, agencies and charites Angelica has built wonderful relationships with people of diverse economic and cultural backrounds, resulting in a strong commitment to integrity, honesty and professionalism in both her career and personal life.
Angelica has actively pursued knowledge through education
throughout her life time. As an Ontario scholar she holds an honours degree and has taken courses in design as well as psychology, she has spoken and given seminars to hundreds of people over the years. She believes that knowlege and keeping up to date with current events enables her to pass on valuable information to her clients so that they can make informed decisions. She believes that there is no better feeling of accomplishment then knowing you have helped someone and have come along side them during important times of decision making.
Angelica is actively involved in her church community and local community. She has volunteered at Kerr Street Ministries, has served on numerous school councils and childrens sports teams. She was on the founding board of Oakville Moms and Tots in Oak Park. And most recently Angelica and her daughter had the privelege of travelling down to Haiti to assist missionary friends in their hospital and orphanage work. She is an avid traveller who has journeyed to every continent but two (but they are on her list!). She loves to read and write, and at one point had her own column in an American magazine. Angelica is a mother of three wonderful children who inspire her everyday.
